PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING B2B CUSTOMERS & SUPPLIERS

La Sportiva S.p.A. (data controller) informs you that, pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the UE Regulation (2016/679), regarding the processing of personal data concerning its customers/suppliers basis (data subject), it will process exclusively the personal data necessary to the commercial relationship management. The processing of your data will be done both by electronic and physical means.

These data may be disclosed to third parties, acting on behalf of La Sportiva, in order to fulfill the services expected, and in order to comply with any administrative and fiscal requirement.

The goal of the data processing is the fulfillment of the agreements, therefore the possible refusal to supply the data might imply both the total or partial impossibility to fulfill the agreement and the failure to continue the relationship, under article 6.1 lett. b) and c).

All data will be processed according to the current legislation and by means apt to guarantee the full respect of their security and confidentiality. Data will be retained for the full duration of the commercial agreement between parties and for an additional period of ten years.

The data subject, according to artt. 15 and following of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679, has the right, at any time, to access, change, update, supplement, delete, limit and oppose to the processing of the data, beside the right to the data portability, by written request to the data controller or to the address gdpr@lasportiva.com. Moreover, the data subject, if deemed appropriate, in relationship to the processing of personal data performed by La Sportiva, has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Personal Data Supervisory Authority.
