The webseries Strange Heroes changes its background, and talks about running together with Anton Krupicka

The company of Ziano di Fiemme goes ahead with the webseries that, episode after episode, aims to find out what constantly pushes athletes in their search for overcoming their limits. The series, created in collaboration with the Sfelab creative studios, is a combination of computer graphics, comic strips and stories of unparalleled appeal and allows La Sportiva to drive straight to the heart of its ambassadors discovering the monster within, which personifies the motivation that encourages them to constantly improve their performance, the driving force that allows them to reach beyond limits.

After seeing the fears of Jacopo Larcher take the shape of a monstrous octopus, and Patxi Usobiaga turn into a gladiator to win the challenge with himself and conquer his hardest route, we followed Babsi Zangerl in Zillertal during the battle against her first 9 a and the Czech climber Adam Ondra following up a knee injury.

With this new episode, La Sportiva changes its playground and from the vertical walls moves outdoors to the trails of Boulder, Colorado, to meet the ultra-running legend Anton Krupicka. For years forced to stop from racing due to different injuries, Anton tells how he managed one of the most common monsters for those who love to live outdoor at 360 degrees: stay at home.

"When I’m forced to stay indoors it seems like there is no variation in my days. But when I’m able just to go back outside, even if it’s not for running as I would, a little bit of colour replaces every bad feeling. "

A fun web series, with a very serious message, that this time deals with a common situation in the lives of many people, forced to change their habits and rebuild their passions in order to keep on doing what they love. Because for us, this also means to be a hero.
