Wake up very early, reach the place of the race very early and drink a coffee!

when I was 17 my uncle used to take me always with him
5) Which are your La Sportiva favorite shoes?
Helios SR and Bushido II
6) What's in the air?
I would like to do a few more races at an international level to be able to compare myself with the best in the world. I always try to go for new competitions to be able to discover places other than those I am used to.
