Depending on the country you are purchasing from, you can select your preferred payment method at the end of the checkout process.
Payments can also be made using promotional vouchers, such as value vouchers or discount codes, which you must enter in the cart.
All payments will be made to U.S. Direct E-Commerce Limited, operating as eShopWorld (ESW), a company registered in Ireland with registration number 479237 and registered office at South Block, The Concourse Building, 110-115 Airside Business Park, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland, which markets the products for sale in the online store on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A.
Under no circumstances can ESW accept cash payments, either directly, by mail, or by bank transfer.
Value Vouchers are personalised discount codes that allow you to benefit from a value discount on purchases made in the online store. To use the Voucher for your online purchase, enter the Voucher code in the "Promotional Code" section in the cart and click the "APPLY" button to apply it to the order. Vouchers can only be used for purchases where the amount exceeds the value of the Voucher by at least €1.00 and, unless otherwise specified, will not be valid for the purchase of products on sale or subject to other promotions. Unless otherwise indicated, the Voucher does not expire but must be used in a single transaction. Please also note that value Vouchers are not cumulative and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return (total or partial), either among themselves or with discount codes.
Discount codes are personalised codes that allow you to benefit from a percentage discount on purchases made in the online store. To use your discount code, enter the code in the "Promotional Code" field in the cart and click the "APPLY" button to apply it to the order. The discount code is valid for a single purchase and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. In case of a return of the entire order, you will be reimbursed only for the amount actually paid for your purchase, net of the applied discount code. In the event of a partial return, as the discount value is spread variably across the individual items purchased, the refund will be equal to the amount actually paid for the individual products returned. Please also note that discount codes are not cumulative and are non-refundable, even in the case of a return (total or partial), either among themselves or with value vouchers.
