Our online store accepts payments by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, advance bank transfer (for Euro currency only), and Amazon Pay. You can choose your preferred payment method at the end of the purchase process. Payments can also be made using promotional vouchers, such as value vouchers or discount codes.

All payments will be made to DROP S.R.L., with registered office at 63812 - Montegranaro (FM), via Sandro Pertini n. 1, tax code and VAT number 01383870431, which markets the products for sale in the online store on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A. In no case shall DROP S.R.L. accept cash payments, either directly or by mail.

Note: The online store operates from the European Union, and all transactions are in Euros (unless otherwise specified).

In the La Sportiva online store, you can pay securely using credit cards from the VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro circuits. The data of the credit card used as a payment method are encrypted using the latest generation encryption systems, which prevent their use by third parties and are not shared with either DROP S.R.L. or La Sportiva S.p.A., but are managed directly by the Payment Service Provider or by PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. In the case of payment by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, the transaction will be authorized at the time of placing your purchase order.

The procedure for paying for your purchase order in the online store by advance bank transfer (for Euro currency only) is easy and secure:

1. On the payment method selection page, select the "Bank Transfer" option from the list of available payment methods.

2. Click on "Place Order." Your order will be immediately registered in our systems, and the confirmation page with our bank details will appear.

3. Transfer the total price of the order by bank transfer at a branch of your banking circuit or through your Online Banking service, using the bank details we provided on the confirmation page and indicating the order number (including the initial letters) in the reason for payment.

Proof of the bank transfer, including the CRO (operation reference code), must be received by DROP S.R.L. by email at customercare_en@lasportiva.store, no later than three (3) business days from the order confirmation date. Otherwise, DROP S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel the purchase order.

IMPORTANT: Remember to only include the order number in the reason for payment and no other information, and to correctly indicate the beneficiary's details. The absence of these references could cause unnecessary delays or prevent the beneficiary's bank from receiving your bank transfer. In this case, DROP S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel the purchase order.

In the online store, it is possible to make a payment via Apple Pay. Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay from the available payment methods during checkout. If necessary, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information. Confirm the payment. Apple Pay is a simple, secure, and private payment method. The data related to your account or the credit card associated with your Apple Pay account will not be shared with DROP S.R.L. or La Sportiva S.p.A.

You can also pay for your online purchase via Google Pay. Simply tap the "Buy with Google Pay" button to complete your payment securely with a single click. The data related to your account or the credit card associated with your Google Pay account will not be shared with DROP S.R.L. or La Sportiva S.p.A.

Value vouchers are personalized discount codes that allow you to benefit from a value discount on purchases made in the online store. To use the voucher as a payment method for your online purchase, enter the voucher code in the "Enter promotional code" section and click the "APPLY" button to apply it to the order. Vouchers can only be used for purchases where the amount exceeds the value of the voucher itself by at least €1.00 and will not be valid for the purchase of products on sale or subject to other promotions. The voucher has no expiration date but can only be used in a single transaction. We also remind you that value vouchers are not cumulative and are not refundable, even in the case of a full or partial return.

Discount codes are personalized codes that allow you to benefit from a percentage discount on purchases made in the online store. To use your discount code, enter the code in the "Enter promotional code" field and click the "APPLY" button to apply it to the order. The discount code is valid for a single purchase and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. In case of a return of the entire order, you will be refunded only the amount actually paid for your purchase, net of the applied discount code. In the event of a partial return, as the discount value is variably spread across the individual items purchased, the refund will be equal to the amount actually paid for the individual returned products.
