Refunds

REFUND AMOUNT

The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by the online shop. On the contrary, all shipping costs of the return to our warehouse, either by courier or by postal service, are charged to the customer. You will then be fully refunded of the value of the returned products.

For Extra CE return, custom duties are at customer charge they will deducted from the refund.

REFUND PROCEDURE

The shop operates from the European Union: for this reason all transactions, even in currency, are converted into Euros following payment by the customer. For payments in currencies other than the Euro, DROP S.r.l. however, it returns the amount in currency.

The refund will be made in the same manner in which the purchase was made.

ATTENTION: Products returned paid by bank transfer are refunded only by bank transfer. To allow us to make the refund you will need to enter your bank details directly in the Return Form.

REFUND TIMES

The refund will be processed after our warehouse has received the package and carried out the quality control of the returned products. We inform you that for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement.
