Refunds

REFUND AMOUNT

In case of withdrawal, if you make a purchase from a European Union country, you will be refunded all amounts paid to ESW for the purchase of products in the online store, including delivery costs, provided that all purchased products are returned. If, instead, you purchase from a non-EU country, you will be refunded only the amount paid to ESW for the products; delivery costs, duties, and additional costs related to customs charges and local taxes are excluded and will be deducted directly from the refund amount due to you.

The costs of returning the products are covered by ESW on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A. only in the following cases:

  • Defective product;

  • Wrong product sent.

For all other reasons indicated in the Goods Return Portal, return costs are at your expense. All refunds are subject to inspection and verification at our return centres. If the returned Products are not fully resalable due to damage to the product or its packaging, we reserve the right to partially or totally refuse the refund. Refunds will only be issued if the details of the returned Products have been correctly provided in the Goods Return Portal.

REFUND TIMES

You will be refunded by ESW to the credit/debit card or other payment method provided by you when the order was originally placed. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but within fourteen (14) business days of the Product's arrival at the return centre in perfect condition for resale.
