In case of withdrawal, you will be refunded all amounts paid to DROP S.R.L. (which markets on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A.) for the purchase of products in the online store, including delivery costs if all purchased products are returned. The costs of returning the returned products, on the other hand, are at your expense. In case of withdrawal, any customs duties and local taxes for returns from non-EU countries will also be at your expense; these amounts will be deducted directly from the refund amount due to you as a result of the return.

The refund will be executed within the legal terms. DROP S.R.L. (which markets the "La Sportiva" brand products for sale in the online store on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A.) may suspend the refund until it has received the product(s) subject to withdrawal, or until the customer has demonstrated that they have shipped the product(s) back, whichever occurs first. The time for the refund following the customer's withdrawal may be longer if any duties and local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility, must be deducted from the refund amount (for more information, consult the "Refund Amount" section).
