Before contacting us in regards to a PRODUCT WARRANTY, we invite you to take note of the following procedure.

In case of problems with your product, which you deem to be attributable to product defects, you must go to the store where you made the purchase (with the relevant receipt).  The shopkeeper will decide whether to initiate a complaint or not.

For purchases made online at stores other than the official La Sportiva website, the same procedure described above applies

If you do not reside in Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Benelux, we inform you that in each country there is an Official La Sportiva distributor who can help you without further doubts.

Special exceptions to the above procedure apply only if:

  1. You do not have the possibility of contacting the retailer directly. For example, in the following cases:
    • You purchased the product in a different country from where you live
    • The shop where you made the purchase has ceased activity

In these cases you can proceed to contact us directly attaching the receipt which is mandatory for handling the request.
