Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Products purchased in the online store are shipped by DROP S.R.L. (which markets on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A.) via express courier to the address indicated at the time of account creation or to the different address indicated at the time of placing the order. Deliveries are not made to post office boxes or goods sorting centers, such as courier or carrier depots or similar locations. Couriers may not be able to deliver to particularly difficult-to-reach locations; in these cases, DROP S.R.L. will notify you of the non-acceptance of the order.

The shipping costs of the products are at your expense and are communicated to you during the purchase procedure, before placing the order. We reserve the right to modify the charging of shipping costs, for example by providing free shipping only for purchases that exceed a certain spending threshold and/or only for certain shipping countries and/or only for certain days/periods of the year. In any case, we will notify you during the purchase procedure, before placing the order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Products are generally delivered:

  • in Italy, within 2/3 business days from (i) the receipt of the debit authorization communication in the case of credit card payment; (ii) the moment when the payment information was made available to DROP S.R.L. (which markets the products sold in the online store on behalf of La Sportiva S.p.A.) in the case of payment by means other than credit card;

  • outside of Italy, within 7/8 business days from (i) the receipt of the debit authorization communication in the case of credit card payment; (ii) the moment when the payment information was made available to DROP S.R.L. in the case of payment by means other than credit card.

The aforementioned delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding for DROP S.R.L. If the delivery of the products you purchased has not taken place within the indicated times, the delivery times will be extended up to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the contract. If DROP S.R.L. does not deliver the products within the aforementioned 30 (thirty) day period, you may:

  • withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund. For more information, please consult the "Refunds" section;

  • ask DROP S.R.L. to make the delivery within an appropriate additional period given the circumstances. If the additional period expires without the products having been delivered to you, you will have the right to terminate the contract, obtain a refund of all amounts paid for the performance of the contract, and take action for any compensation for damages.

For deliveries by December 24, we suggest placing orders no later than December 10.
