Products purchased in the online store are shipped by ESW via express courier to the address provided by you. If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice to advise that the goods have been returned to the local depot. In this case, contact the courier at the number indicated on the delivery notice. In case of further problems, contact us via the appropriate form. The delivery of an order will be completed when we deliver the Products to the indicated address or when such Products are collected. Products are shipped based on the information you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information. If regulations (including, but not limited to, export/import regulations) are violated due to inaccurate information provided by you, you are responsible for such violation.
Shipping costs for the products are at your expense and are communicated to you during the purchase procedure, before placing the order. We reserve the right to modify the shipping cost charges, for example, by providing free shipping only for purchases exceeding a certain spending threshold and/or only for specific shipping countries and/or only for specific days/periods of the year. In any case, we will provide notice during the purchase procedure, before placing the order.
Delivery terms are estimated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method (standard/express). In any case, they are to be understood as indicative and not binding for ESW.
