DELIVERY INFORMATION

To guarantee quick delivery of your order, the La Sportiva store relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination region and the type of product.

The prices indicated in the "Countries and costs" section are an estimate and may vary depending on the size of the box and the quantity of products purchased. The final shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and will be charged to you along with the cost of your order at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and prepared in our warehouse from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be prepared the following Monday.

We inform you that orders from new users may exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on the order.

We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change orders that have been paid for and entered our system, as their processing is automated.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders shipped in Italy are delivered within 2/3 working days.

Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union take about 2/5 working days.

Orders shipped all over the world are delivered in about 7/8 working days (excluding any delays at customs).

For deliveries by December 24th, orders must be placed by December 10th.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Within the European Union

There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.

Non-EU countries (UK, Switzerland...)

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the forwarder or to the competent authorities. We are not responsible for customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to clear customs

It is up to the customer, in order to ensure that the package is cleared through customs, to provide all the necessary information and / or to pay off the related taxes. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.

ATTENTION: if you have made a return and requested an exchange of the product originally ordered, the new shipment addressed to you may be subject to import taxes by the Customs Authorities.
