Responses will be handled by our partner ESW, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CET (Rome time). To offer you the best and fastest assistance possible, please include your order number in your request.

Please note that our Customer Service will be closed on the following days:

  • New Year's Day (January 1);

  • Christmas Day (December 25).

For questions regarding purchases made in La Sportiva physical stores or product information requests, you can contact us using the same form by selecting "Product Information" as the reason for the request.

Responses will be handled directly by La Sportiva Customer Service from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET (Rome time).
