If you have changed your mind, you can return a product within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.

No refunds or exchanges of customized products are made.

Returned products must have all their original labels and must have their original and intact packaging, including the La Sportiva box. It is necessary to affix the shipping label on the package and not on the original product packaging.

It is obligatory to complete the online return procedure through your account. (See section "Returns" for more details).

If your return does not comply with our return policy it will not be possible to accept it. We will then send the returned products back to you without reimbursement with shipping costs charged to the customer.




You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund of the price of the returned products.

If you are a registered user:

  • Complete the online return procedure by logging into your account and clicking on "Returns". Then click on the "Request a new return" button to start the return wizard located next to your order number and follow the instructions displayed until the correct registration of the return; the "Refund product" button appears only when the order status changes to Delivered.

Your refund will be issued when the package has been delivered to our warehouse, after the quality control has been carried out and the return has been processed.

Please note: Some products are only available in one size / color / length, and cannot be changed. Furthermore, it is possible to request a change of size or color only of the ordered model. If you wish to order a model other than the one purchased, you will need to request a refund and place a new order. If the product requested for exchange is not available at the time of processing the exchange, we will automatically refund the product price to the payment method used. Your exchange will be shipped at our expense after the warehouse has received your return and carried out the quality control on the returned products.
