You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund of the price of the returned products.
If you are a registered user:
- Complete the online return procedure by logging into your account and clicking on "Returns". Then click on the "Request a new return" button to start the return wizard located next to your order number and follow the instructions displayed until the correct registration of the return; the "Refund product" button appears only when the order status changes to Delivered.
If you placed your order as a guest without registering:
- click on the following link and enter the required fields in the form (order number, email, postal code of your delivery address, ect):
and you will be able to view the details of your order and shipping information and click the "Returns" button to request the return / exchange
Both for users with an account and for unregistered users:
- Print the Return Form and insert it inside the package;

Your refund will be issued when the package has been delivered to our warehouse, after the quality control has been carried out and the return has been processed.
Please note: Some products are only available in one size / color / length, and cannot be changed. Furthermore, it is possible to request a change of size or color only of the ordered model. If you wish to order a model other than the one purchased, you will need to request a refund and place a new order. If the product requested for exchange is not available at the time of processing the exchange, we will automatically refund the product price to the payment method used. Your exchange will be shipped at our expense after the warehouse has received your return and carried out the quality control on the returned products.
