PrimaLoft® Black Insulation ThermoPlume® - 100% PCR is comprised of small, silky plumes of fiber that mimic the lightweight warmth, softness and compressibility of natural goose down. Made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, this all-synthetic package features down-comparable performance – insulating loft, wet weather protection and compressibility. A special blend of PrimaLoft® proprietary fibers creates a loose-fill insulation that delivers thermal properties equivalent in construction to 500 fill power down. A proprietary finish ensures warmth, even in wet conditions. With warmth equivalent in construction to 500-550 fill power down and an available recycled option, PrimaLoft® Black Insulation ThermoPlume® represents a breakthrough in styled, sustainable performance.

Not only insulation but also optimal breathability. Conceived for garments used for aerobic activities and to keep humidity and sweat away from the body, our Vapovent™ 3-layer sandwich construction is applied on light insulation layers and soft shells.

Vapovent™Light is the evolution of our Vapovent™ 3-layer technology. Developed for active garments, this new construction made of just two layers is highly breathable, insulating, and lightweight. A tridimensional brushed mesh on the inside of the garments retains body warmth while letting sweat move toward the outside, where we combined a punched material that lets moisture evaporate.
