Used in my climbing shoes with socks the next day, One set for the wall one for the sunshine. My shoes now do not smell and are easier to get on and off my feet. The socks work well with tight fitting climbing shoes, there are not suitable for shoes which are loose fitting ( feet slide in the shoe).
