RETURN POLICY

If you have made a purchase in the online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without needing to state the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the products, or from the day you or a third party designated by you acquired physical possession of the products. If you purchased multiple products in a single order that were delivered on different dates, the withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery date of the last product.

Withdrawal is not permitted for product types/cases established by law: for example, for custom-made or clearly personalised goods.

In case of withdrawal, you are required to return the products in their original condition, undamaged, with original labels attached and in their original packaging. In particular, products subject to return must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns of incomplete, damaged, used, or altered products in any way will not be accepted. The packaging of returned products must be accurate to protect the original packaging from damage, writing, or labels. ESW will not be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of the products being returned or damage to them during transport and, in such cases, will not be required to issue any refund.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use, at your discretion, one of the following methods:

  • If you have already registered an account in our online store, you can log in to your account and click the "Return" button within the "My Orders" section;

  • If you made a purchase without registering, you can complete the withdrawal form available at the following link: https://returns.esw.com/lasportiva/en-IE;

At the end of the procedure, a return label will be sent to you via email to the email address provided by you.

If you choose to return defective or non-compliant goods within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the products, we must first confirm that they are defective, damaged, or do not match the description on our website. Once this is confirmed, we will refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping and handling charges paid by you. If we determine that the goods are not defective, you will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the goods to you at your expense. Beyond this period, you must initiate a warranty claim as explained in the "Warranty and Product Care" section.
