“It’s better to put one more bolt than having a climber less in the end"

I was born in Madonna di Campiglio (Trentino, Italy) and I'm a Mountain Guide and Ski teacher. I still live in Madonna di Campiglio and I work almost here. I started skiing at 3 years old and I used to ski all the winter and the summer until 21 years old: i was part of the Italian National Team. I think skiing it's what I prefer but I have fun and I'm feel good in every condition when i climb! What I love is crack climbing! Mountain for me is the Place where I Born, where I live, my fun Park and my Office. My best memory in the mountain is the First ascent of the East pillar of kishtwar shivling (indian HIMALAYA) My worst memory in the mountain is when my brother Tomas fall on the North face of Busazza (Presanella group, Trentino).
In 2018 I joined to the "Los Picos 6500" with my brother Tomas Franchini and we climbed the 16 hightest mountains in South America (except for the Yerupaja, where we missed the top for just some ten of meters). In 2019 I worked on a different kind of project: a documentary on Cesare Maestri's story and life.
