shipping time and returns policy
In general, shipments to Italy are delivered within 2/3 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2/5 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 7/8 working days (not accounting for customs delays).
If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- No refunds or exchanges are possible for customized products.
- Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging, including La Sportiva box, which is not to be used as shipping packaging.
In case of return, the shipping costs and any customs duties are charged to the customer.

The shipping for CE countries is free for all orders over € 180. In case of return the shipping costs will be at your charge, you can ship back with any courier or postal service that has a tracking number.

Inside the European Union
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.

Prodotto ottimo. Circa l'acquisto, una pecca è che non fosse indicata la data di consegna prevista. E i tempi di spedizione sono stati lunghi senza avere notizie per circa una settimana. In più, il servizio clienti telefonico non ha mai risposto. Alla fine, dopo parecchi giorni sono arrivati i dati per il tracking e il prodotto è arrivato ma sarebbe stato comodo avere delle informazioni di massima.
