In general, shipments to Italy are delivered within 2/3 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2/5 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 7/8 working days (not accounting for customs delays).
If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- No refunds or exchanges are possible for customized products.
- Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging, including La Sportiva box, which is not to be used as shipping packaging.
In case of return, the shipping costs and any customs duties are charged to the customer.

The shipping for CE countries is free for all orders over € 180. In case of return the shipping costs will be at your charge, you can ship back with any courier or postal service that has a tracking number.
Estimates of shipping costs are indicated in the customer area, which may vary depending on the weight of the box.
The final price will be displayed in the cart before making the payment.
Inside the European Union
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Outside the European Union (Great Britain, Switzerland...)
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the forwarder or to the competent authorities. We are not responsible for customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
