Nice shoes, fit similar to regular Tarantula. The women's model is good for narrow feet, and it's great that there is a spacious toebox because my toes stand up a lot. Other brands for narrow feet crush my toes from the top but these don't hurt at all! 38,5 was good for me with regular shoesize 39,5-40. However, I don't know how much they will stretch. I think my previous Tarantulas were size 39,5-40 and after a while that was too big.
