Prodigio 2 Woman

Very disappointed with both La Sportiva’s product and customer service. I bought the Prodigio 2 Women’s shoes directly from their online shop. After wearing them only five times, they caused significant pain in both my feet, making them impossible for me to continue using. I have worn many different brands over the years and have never experienced this problem before. I opened a warranty claim, which took weeks to resolve with very little communication. I was eventually told I would receive a refund, only for La Sportiva to later apologise and say that information was incorrect and my claim had actually been rejected. Their explanation was that the problem was the shape of my foot rather than the shoe. As I bought the shoes online, I had no opportunity to properly test them beforehand. Despite explaining that I was willing to try another La Sportiva model, they didn't even offer an exchange. I’m now left with an expensive pair of barely worn shoes that I cannot use. Being promised a refund and then having it withdrawn was particularly disappointing. This was my first experience with La Sportiva, and unfortunately, based on both the product and the way my case was handled, it will probably be my last.

Decepción con la segunda versión de las prodigio. Pero a quien le guste el trail, puede ser buena zapatilla

Love them. Confortable and I feel confident on technical terrain
