Waterproofing for leather, split-leather, Nabuck, rough-out leather, Anfibio, Nylon and fabric boots. This is a waterbased emulsion of silens, tanning agents, conditioners and catalysts.
NIKWAX WATERPROOFING combines the maximum waterproofing effect with minimal visual impact on the leather. It can be used on shoes with a waterproof membrane (like Gore-Tex®) without affecting breathability. Being waterbased, NIKWAX WATERPROOFING can be applied to wet as well as to dry leather. We recommend anyway applying the product to wet leather.
NIKWAX WATERPROOFING reduces water staining and doesn’t let dirt penetrate through the surface of the leather. NIKWAX WATERPROOFING contains tanning agents and improves the resistance of the leather against abrasions caused by moisture. It is preferable not to use it with temperatures at or below 0° C, because it could freeze.
