Friedrichshafen 2003:
Celebration of the 75° Anniversary
of La Sportiva
On Saturday, July 26, starting at 5 P.M., in the La Sportiva
booth, in the Friedrichshafen Outdoor exhibition 2003, the
party has taken place, to celebrate the 75° Anniversary
of the Company of Trento.
Great success for the Happy Hour, with La Sportiva staff,
dealers, distributors, athletes and friends coming together
for a big party, to celebrate an important period of the
history of Italian sport shoe manufacturing. La Sportiva
becomes 75 years old and it does it with its style, simple
and effective. Music, good wine and convivial atmosphere
made very pleasant the climate of the event, which has been
unanimously appreciated. A party visited by hundreds of people,
who came in homage to La Sportiva name, and for what it represents
on the market: a company with human dimensions, renowned
for the art of producing great quality shoes.
75 years of history, three generations of the Delladio family,
ever since leading the brand in Val di Fiemme. 75 years of
people and ideas, effort and sweat, competence and spirit
of challenge, respect for the environment and the ones who
live in it.
All this supported and controlled by the most prestigious
certifications, like UNI EN ISO 9002, obtained in 1997 and
completed during 2003, first shoe manufacturer in the world,
with the achievement of the integrated certification UNI
EN ISO 9001, for the quality system, and UNI EN ISO 14001,
for the environmental management system.
A convivial moment full of fun, in the name of memory and
as homage to our President Francesco Delladio, almost the
same age of the company, founded by his father Narciso when
he was only one year old. Francesco Delladio today celebrates
a life of work and these images fix the memory of it, and
help to share it with the people who have contributed to
the development of the Company and with our customers, scattered
all over the planet.
